Reservations

All karaoke room and party package reservations must be booked either online or in-store. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your event before check-in.
Walk-ins are welcome but subject to room availability.

Deposits & Payments

• All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date with proper notice (see Cancellation & Rescheduling policy).

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and any digital payment options listed at checkout.

• Party package pricing may vary based on room size, duration, and additional tokens or services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original date.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation will result in a forfeited deposit.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Arrival & Check-In

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in.
Your session begins at the scheduled time, not upon arrival. Late arrivals do not qualify for extended time or refunds.

Party Booking

• Silver Party Packages must be booked at least 2 days in advance.

• Kingdom and Royal Party Packages must be booked at least 5 days in advance.

• Final guest count and add-ons must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event.

• Outside food or beverages are not permitted without an approved BYOF/BYOS Package.

Room Rules

• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the premises.

• Do not touch or adjust amplifiers, volume knobs, decorations, or other equipment.

• Any damage to property or equipment will be charged to the booking holder.

• Management reserves the right to end a session early for misconduct or rule violations. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

BYOB / BYOF Policy

BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage)

​Pricing:

$1 Per Beer & Seltzer/ $7 Per Wine Bottle/ $5 Per (.250ML)

Outside drink accessories aren’t allowed; Klaw-Oke Kingdom will provide all Mixers, Sodas, cups, and Ice at an additional cost.

Age Requirement:
All guests must be 21 years or older to enter a BYOB room and to consume alcohol. Valid photo ID is required upon request.

​

Moderation Policy:
We promote responsible drinking. Any guest who appears intoxicated may be asked to stop drinking or leave the premises.
Klaw-Oke Kingdom maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe behavior and reserves the right to contact authorities if necessary.

Liability Disclaimer:
Klaw-Oke Kingdom and its staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents related to alcohol consumption on or off the premises. Guests consume alcohol at their own risk.

No Sales or Sharing:
Alcohol brought onto the premises is for personal or group use only and may not be sold or distributed to other guests.

​

Container Limits:
We reserve the right to limit or deny entry to excessive quantities of alcohol.
No glass bottles are permitted in public areas unless approved by staff.

Open Container Rules:
Alcoholic beverages must remain within designated BYOB areas and may not be taken outside the premises except when exiting after your session.

​

Mixers & Accessories:
Outside mixers & ice are not permitted. These items are available for purchase from Klaw-Oke Kingdom for an additional fee.

BYOF (Bring Your Own Food)

​

Cleaning Fee:

Standard fee starting at ($4.99-$29.99).  Cleaning fees are intended for our staff to do a deep clean of the room and other materials in the room; any excess cleaning will be subject to fees. We ask our customers to do a basic courtesy cleaning of the room.

Clean-Up Courtesy:
Please clean up after your group. Trash bins are provided throughout the venue.

​

Food Safety:
Klaw-Oke Kingdom is not responsible for any foodborne illnesses or allergic reactions resulting from outside food.

​

No Cooking or Heating:
Outside food must arrive fully prepared. Open flames, portable stoves, or plug-in cooking devices are strictly prohibited.

​

Respect Shared Spaces:
Please leave all tables and karaoke rooms clean and orderly for the next guests.

General Notice

By entering Klaw-Oke Kingdom and participating in any BYOB or BYOF activity, you acknowledge that you are personally responsible for your actions and consumption.

Management reserves the right to:

• Refuse service or entry to any individual violating these policies.

• Remove any guest who poses a safety or security concern to themselves or others.
