Cancellation Policy

Klaw-Oke Kingdom – Reservation & Venue Reservations: All karaoke room and party package bookings must be made online or in-store. A deposit is required to secure your date and time, with the remaining balance due before check-in. Walk-ins are welcome based on room availability. Deposits & Payments: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Accepted payments include credit/debit cards and listed digital options. Pricing may vary based on room size, duration, and add-ons. Cancellations: Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be rescheduled once within 30 days. Cancellations under 48 hours or “no-shows” forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full booking amount. Arrival: Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in. Session time begins at the scheduled start time, not upon arrival. Late arrivals do not qualify for extended time or refunds. Party Packages: Silver Packages must be booked at least 2 days in advance; Kingdom and Royal Packages require 5 days. Final guest counts and add-ons must be confirmed 48 hours prior. Outside food or drinks are only allowed with a BYOF/BYOS package. Room Rules: No smoking or vaping. Do not touch amplifiers, volume knobs, decorations, or hanging items. Any damage to property or equipment will be charged to the booking holder. Management may end sessions early for misconduct or rule violations—no refunds will be issued. BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage): All guests must be 21+ with valid ID. Responsible drinking is required; intoxicated guests may be asked to stop consuming alcohol or leave. Klaw-Oke Kingdom assumes no liability for alcohol-related incidents on or off premises. Alcohol may not be sold or shared with others. No glass bottles in public areas unless approved. Alcohol must remain in designated BYOB areas and cannot be removed from the premises except after the session. Outside mixers, cups, or ice are not permitted—available for purchase from staff. BYOF (Bring Your Own Food): Clean up after use; trash bins are provided. Klaw-Oke Kingdom is not liable for foodborne illnesses or allergic reactions. No cooking, heating, or plug-in appliances allowed. Keep all spaces clean and clear for the next guests. General Notice: By entering, you accept full responsibility for your actions and consumption.
